Peak Fitness is located on Fleet Lane in Parr, St. Helens and is easily accessible from nearby Burtonwood, Sutton, Haydock, and Newton-le-Willows. Our gym is arguably the best gym in St Helens and has the very latest gym equipment, a cardio and free weights zone as well as punch bags and Boxing ring.
